IMPACT

The IMPACT Team is Reach Student Ministries apprenticeship program for youth leadership.

One of the goals of our youth ministry is to help students grow in leadership and ministry. As a result a number of our graduating teens have entered the youth ministry as leaders. IMPACT is our training ministry to help them in this new part of their walk with the Lord.

The IMPACT program is a one year program that links an apprentice up with an experienced youth leader to train them in effective youth ministry and to supervise and encourage where needed.
