Dear Church Ministry Leader:

Due to the increasing size of our church ministry, and activities of each ministry area, the pastoral staff has created an on-line calendar that shows the scheduled events for the next three months.  It can found at www.htbc.info/events_forms.htm on the  internet.  Hard copies are available in the Connect and church office.  You will also find links for the Facility Use Policy and Contract, the Event Request Form to schedule resources, and the Children/Youth Ministry Application Form if you want to work with either the children’s or youth ministries.

The new Event Request Form to aid in reducing scheduling for resources like the bus, van, audio-visual equipment, tables, etc. and facility room conflicts.  You can fill out an on-line form at www.htbc.info/ministry_event_request_form.htm and it will be  submitted to our pastors.  If you do not have internet access you may pick up a form from the church office or at the welcome center (in the connect) to fill out.

You should complete this form in full at least 30 days prior to your ministry's event.  If it’s less than 30 days, please contact Pastor Jason directly.  Please allow up to one week for pastoral approval.  You should receive an approved request back within a week of your submission under normal circumstances.  If you haven’t heard after two weeks please contact Pastor Jason directly.

Once approved you may proceed with organizing your event.  We thank you for your willingness to participate.  If you should have any questions, please contact Pastor  Jason.

Also please fill out the enclosed post card and then just drop it in the mail.  This will help us to know how best to contact you.
